Terms of Service

By using Fillscribe, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for work you are allowed to submit or transform.

1. What Fillscribe does

Fillscribe accepts worksheets, generates answers with AI, and returns a filled PDF using handwriting or typed rendering. AI output can be wrong, so you are responsible for reviewing results before use.

2. Accounts and usage

Usage is tracked in pages. Free, Plus, and Max limits are enforced server-side before a fill starts.

3. Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.

4. Restrictions

• Do not upload content you do not have permission to process.
• Do not attempt to bypass quotas, authentication, or security controls.
• Do not use Fillscribe for harmful, illegal, or deceptive activity.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but OCR, AI providers, hosting platforms, and payment systems can occasionally fail or be slow.

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information needed to authenticate accounts, enforce usage, process payments, and deliver filled PDFs.

1. Information we process

• Firebase account identifiers such as UID, email, and profile name.
• Usage counts, plan, referral metadata, settings, and Shortcut API keys.
• Uploaded worksheet files while they are being processed.
• Generated PDFs are delivered back to you during the active session so you can preview and download them.

2. Worksheet retention

We do not offer a persistent in-app worksheet history right now. Uploaded files are processed for the active fill flow and are not presented back as a saved history library.

3. Service providers

Fillscribe uses Firebase, Render, Hugging Face Spaces, Reducto, MiniMax, and Stripe to provide authentication, storage, hosting, OCR, AI generation, and billing.

4. Security

Authentication and usage enforcement happen server-side.

5. Your choices

You can cancel paid plans or request account data deletion.
